Sylvia Torres serves as Chief Operations Officer for Kessler Panorbital Industries, providing enterprise-wide oversight of site logistics, systems integration, and procedural continuity across all active sectors. With over two decades at KPI, she is credited with designing and refining the internal frameworks that power the company’s rapid planetary deployment strategies—including the now-standard KPI Cascade Flow Protocol used across all Gliese 9347C installations.

 

She is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (BSc, Operations Management), where she also served as a systems efficiency consultant for multiple terraforming initiatives. Sylvia remains an active contributor to the Operations Management Society and has published extensively on automation ethics, personnel cycling, and failure invisibility thresholds.
